     Frosted Spiced Pecans

Ingredients
1 egg white
2 Tablespoons cold water
1/2 cup sugar
2 cups pecan halves
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon cloves
1/4 teaspoon all spice
 

Instructions
Combine slightly beaten egg white with water and sugar; add salt and spices. Blend well. Do not beat. Stir in pecans until well coated. Pour onto greased cookie sheet. bake at 250 degrees for 1 hour. Test and stir often to see that pecans are not in puddles. Pecans should be golden brown. Place on wax paper to cool.
