Saute green peppers and onion in margarine until tender. Add rice and stir until rice is coated and a few minutes to let rice color slightly. Add the broth plus 1 can of water. Add salt and pepper as desired, plus a dash of Tabasco sauce. Pour into greased baking dish, 13 x 9 x 2 inches and cover with foil. Bake 1 hour at 325 degrees.
