     Ginger Snaps

Ingredients
1 Cup Brown Sugar
3/4 Cup Butter, Melted
1 Egg
1/4 Cup Molasses
2 1/4 Cup Flour
1 1/2 tsp Ground Ginger
1 tsp Baking Soda
1 tsp Ground Cinnamon
1/2 tsp Ground Cloves
 
1/4 Cup Sugar

Instructions
In a large bowl, beat brown sugard and butter until blended. Beat in egg and then add molassess. Combing the flour, ginger, baking soda, cinnamon and cloves. Gradually add to the brown sugar mixture and mix well. Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours.
Shape dough in 1 inch balls and roll in sugar. Place 2 inches apart on greased baking sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 9-11 minutes. Cool for 1 minute.
