     Jalapeno Popper Dip

2 (8 ounces) Cream Cheese, softened
1 Cup Mayonnaise
1 (4 ounce) Can Chopped Green Chilies, Drained
3 to 4 Raw Jalepenos, Chopped Fine
1/2 Cup Shreeded Mexican Style Cheese
1/2 Cup Shredded Mozarella Cheese
1 Cup Panko Bread Crumbs
1/2 Cup Grated Parmesan Cheese

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Blend cream cheese and mayo together. Stir in green chilies, jalapeno peppers and both cheeses. Spoon mixtured into greased baking dish.
Mix together bread crumbs and parmesean cheese and sprinkle over mixture. Spray the top of bread crumb mixture with cooking spray.
Bake for 25-30 minutes until hot. Serve with tortilla chips or crackers.
