Preheat oven to 425. Combine bread crumbs and milk in a bowl and let sit for 5 minutes. Then add the sausage and ground beef, onion and 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, parsley, 1/4 Tsp red pepper and salt. Mix til blended completely, shape into meatballs and bake for 10-15 mins.

Melt butter in a sauce pan. Quickly saute garlic, add vodka and cook 5 mins. Add tomatoes, cream, salt, red and black pepper. Bring to boil and reduce to simmer. Simmer for 5 minutes.
