Preheat oven to 325. Grease a loaf pan or Bundt panIn a large
saucepan, combine applesauce, oil, sugar, salt, 1 cup of the
chocolate chips, vanilla, cocoa & water. Cook over low heat,
stirring constantly, until chocolate chips are melted. Remove
from heat. Add flours & baking soda, mix well with a WOODEN
SPOON until smooth. Quickly stir in remaining chocolate chips
and pour into a dgreased 9 x 5 x 3 loaf pan or BUNDT pan. Bake
1 hour and 35 minutes. Cool 15 minutes and loosen edges with
a knife. Dust with powdered sugar.
