     Vanilla White Cake

1/2 Cup Vegetable Shortening
1 3/4 Cups Sugar
1 1/2 Cups White Rice Flour
1/2 Cup Tapioca Flour
2 tsp Baking Powder
1/2 tsp Salt
2 tsp Vanilla
1 1/3 Cups Milk Beverage or Water

Preheat oven to 325. Beat shortening & sugar. Add flours, baking powder & salt. Slowly add vanilla & milk while mixer is on low. Blend until smooth. Pour into two 8 in cake pans lined with parchment paper. Bake 35 minutes. Let cool. Invert onto cooling rack. Cool completely and frost.
