     World's Greatest Chili

Category   Salads - Soups - Sidedishes
Sub Category   None

Ingredients
Tomato Sauce 2-3 cans
Tomato Puree 1 can
Tomato (stewed or diced) 2 cans
2 lbs. hamburger
1 lb. ground pork
2-3 jalepeno peppers
4-5 garlic cloves minced or diced
chili powder to taste
season salt to taste (I use Lawery's)

garlic pepper 1/2 -1 tsp. to taste
1 medium oniom diced
2 cans red beans- drained
1 can kidney beans- drained

Instructions
In a large pot lightly saute the onions and peppers. Add garlic and saute for about 2 minutes. Add tomato sauce, puree and tomatos. Simmer on low for about 30 minutes. Add the beans. Brown the hamburger and pork(drain grease) Add chili powder, salt and pepper. Add hamburger mixture to pot and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to simmer. Simmer for at least 1 hr. I have used pork stew meat instead of the ground pork and cut it into small bites. Makes for a thick chili. The size of cans for the tomatos depends on how big a pot of chili you want to make. If I'm feed alot of people I just double everything! The secret to this recipe is adding the ingredients in the right order or it just doesn't turn out as good.
