Cook pasta shells to pkg directions. Brown sausage in olive oil. If using sausage links, remove casings.
Mix ricotta cheese, garlic, egg, salt, pepper, parmasean cheese and spinach. Stuff each pasta shell with this cheese mixture. Lightly grease bottom of 13X9 pan. Place stuffed shells in the pan.
sprinkle meat over the stuffed shells. Pour speghetti sauce over entire pan. Top with motzerella cheese.
Bake at 350 for 20 to 30 min. until bubbly.
