Process eggs one minute, add sugar gradually. Add oil and
mix then brandy. Add cake meal and potato starch til
blended. Add chopped walnuts. Chill a few hours. Place
on foiled pan sprinkled with matzah meal in logs 2 inches
across. Bake 375 30 min til golden brown. While warm
cut into diagonal slices and sprinkle with cinnamon/sugar
mixture. Toast 7-8 min or leave in overnite. (turn off
oven) Can add anise flavor and anise seed.
