Mix together flour, salt, pepper, oil and egg yolks.
Gradually whisk in beer. Refrigerate batter 3 to 4
hrs before using. Slice onion, seperate rings, and
dip into batter. Fry in vege oil at 350 degrees
until crisp and brown.
