     Creamy Burrito Casserole

Ingredients
1 lb ground beef
1/2 an onion, chopped
1 pkg taco seasoning
2/3 cup water
6 flour tortilla's
1 (16oz)can Refried Beans
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 (10.75oz) can cream of mushroon OR cream of chicken soup
4 oz sour cream (I usually use a bit more)
 
Optional garnishings- chopped green onion, sour cream, tomatoes, olives, letttuce, salsa

Instructions
Cook ground beef and onions till done, drain. Add taco seasoning & water. Add refried beans. In a separate bowl, mix soup with sour cream. spray bottom of a casserole dish (I use a 9x13 oblong dish) with cooking spray. Spread enough sour cream mixture to cover the bottom of the dish. Put meat/bean mixture in tortilla, wrap like a burrito and place seam side down in dish. Spread remaining sour cream mixture over burritos. Sprinkle cheese over the top and bake, uncovered, at 350 F for 20 to 30 minutes. After baking, garnish with optional toppings as desired.
NOTE I have used shredded chicken in place of ground beef. Good either way!
