Cook ground beef and onions till done, drain. Add taco seasoning & water. Add refried beans.
In a separate bowl, mix soup with sour cream.
spray bottom of a casserole dish (I use a 9x13 oblong dish) with cooking spray.
Spread enough sour cream mixture to cover the bottom of the dish.
Put meat/bean mixture in tortilla, wrap like a burrito and place seam side down in dish.
Spread remaining sour cream mixture over burritos. Sprinkle cheese over the top and bake, uncovered, at 350 F for 20 to 30 minutes.
After baking, garnish with optional toppings as desired.
NOTE I have used shredded chicken in place of ground beef. Good either way!
