Start by chopping the garlic along with 1/3 of the basil leaves. One loosely chopped add more basil and chop. Then add more basil and chop. Continue to do scrap and chop the basil and the garlic.
After its finely minced add about half of the pinenuts chop and then add the rest of the pinenuts. Add half of the parmesan and chop, then add the rest.
In the end you want it so finely chopped that you have a basil cake. Transfer it to a small bowl and then add the olive oil. Also add some pasta water to add more coverage.
