     Creamy Spinach Lasagna

Ingredients
9 lasagna noodles
1 cont (15 oz) ricotta cheese
1 cont (7 oz) pesto about 3/4 of a cup
2 large eggs
1/3 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
1 pkg (10 oz) frozen chopped spinach thawed squeezed dry (Broccoli can also be used with this recipe
1 jar (16 oz) Alfredo pasta suace
1/2 cup white wine or water
3 cups shredded mozzarella cheese (12 oz)
 
2 Tbs Italian seasoned dry breadcrumbs
Pepper to taste

Instructions
Cook noodles according top package directions drain Meanwhile preheat oven to 375F Coat one 13x9 baking dish with cooking spray In large bowl combine ricotta pesto eggs and Parmesan xheese stir in spinach Combine Alfredo sauce with wine
Arrange 3 noodles. overlaping slightly in bottom of baking dish Top with 1/2 of ricotta mixture 1 cup mozzarella and 1/3 cup of sauce Repeat with 3 noodles remaining riccota mixture 1 cup of mozzarella and 1/2 of remaining sauce
Top with remaining 3 noodles mozzarella and sauce Sprinkle with breadcrumbs Bake 45 minutes or until golden Let stand 10 minutes before serving
