|
cream sugar, molasses and butter; add egg and pumpkin and blend well.

mix the flour with the soda and salt; beat this mixture into the pumpkin batter. fold in pecans.

|
fill well greased muffin pans about half-full with batter.
1 medium scoop and 1 small scoop.
|
|
|
bake at 375F for 20 minutes.
