Layer foil or pie iron with a pat of butter, then top with the doughnut. Put brown sugar in the hole, top with 2nd pat of butter. Put a pineapple ring and a cherry on top (a little juice is okay). Close up the pie iron, or wrap the foil. Grill until heated through.
