1. Mix together oil and cocoa
2. Add sugar and eggs, one at a time, mix well
3. Add vanilla, flour, baking powder and salt
4. Mix and chill one hour
5. Roll into balls in powdered sugar
6. Bake at 350 for 10 minutes
