     Cinnamon Crunch Granola

Ingredients
1/3 cup vegetable oil
1/4 cup maple syrup
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 tsp ground cinnamon
3 cups old fashioned rolled oats
1 cup coconut
1 cup almond slices
1/2 cup cashew pieces
1/2 cup sunflower seeds
 
1/4 cup flax seeds
1/2 cup golden raisins
1/2 cup dried cranberries

Instructions
Preheat oven to 250 degrees. In a mixing bowl, combine oil, maple syrup, brown sugar and cinnamon. In a large bowl, combine oats, coconut, almonds, cashews, sunflower seeds and flax seeds. Add oil mixture and toss all together until ingredients are coated. Transfer mixture to a large pan with sides and bake 1 hour and 20 minutes, storrogm every 20 minutes. Cool mixture completely. Add raising and cranberries to granola mixture. Store in an airtight container. Serve with plain greek yogurt and fresh fruit on the side. Makes about 6 cups.
