My Favorite Salad Dressing

Ingredients

	1/2 cup white wine vinegar
	1 cup olive oil
	2 tablespoons finely chopped fresh parsley
	1/2 cup sugar
	1 teaspoon salt


Instructions


Mix all ingredients together. Great served with sweet spinach salad with toppings such as fruit and caramelized nuts.
