     Chicken n' Dumplins

Ingredients
1 two to three pound cut up chicken
2 sticks butter
3 cups flour
1 cup milk
1 egg
1 Tbsp crisco
1 tsp salt
1 tsp baking powder
 

Instructions
1- boil chicken until done in water with one stick butter yield about 8 cups broth
2- mixing bowl combine milk other stick of butter and remaining ingredients Mix all ingredients until smooth.
3- make ball with dough and roll out to 1/8 inch thickness cut into squares. Remove chicken from pan heat broth to boiling and drop dough into pan
4- cut chicken in pieces and add salt and pepper to taste.
