     Pepperoni Bread

Ingredients
Two loaves of white frozed bread dough (kroger brand)
3 eggs
¼ cup of parmesan cheese
1 tsp garlic salt
1 tsp parsley
1 tsp oregano
1 tsp hot pepper flakes
1 tsp pepper
1 pakage of pepperoni
 
1 package of mozzarella cheese

Instructions
Thaw two loaves of white frozen bread dough overnight in the fridge. I buy the Kroger brand that is in the freezer section.
EGG MIXTURE 2 beaten eggs ¼ cup of parmesan cheese 1 teaspoon each of the following ingredients: garlic salt parsley oregano hot pepper flakes pepper. Mix all of the above together.
EGG WASH 1 egg white and 2 tbsp of water mixed together
Roll out the bread dough to an 8x10 size. Then layer the below ingredients. ½ of the EGG MIXTURE A package of PEPPERONI A package of MOZZARELLA CHEESE *Repeat for the second loaf. FOLD OVER BREAD DOUGH SPREAD ON EGG WHITE MIXTURE I usually don't use all of the egg white mixture. I put a thin layer on the bread dough after I fold it over. Bake the pepperoni bread on 350 until the bread is starting to brown. (Around 25 minutes)
