Ingredients
8 hardboiled eggs with yolk removed
1 tablespoon light mayonnaise
2 tablespoons nonfat Greek yogurt
1/2 cp chopped onion
1/2 tablespoon mustard
salt and pepper
 

Instructions
Chop eggs into small pieces. In a medium bowl, add eggs, mayonnaise, yogurt, red onion, and mustard. Stir to combine. Season with salt and pepper, to taste.
