     Graham Cracker Crust

Ingredients
1 package graham crackers, crushed
1/3 cup melted butter
2 Tbsp sugar
1/2 tsp cinnamon
 

Instructions
Crush graham crackers in food processor or with rolling pin.
Combined crushed graham crackers with sugar and cinnamon. Add melted butter or margarin. Mix with fork.
Press mixture over bottom and sides of pie plate or springform pan. Refrigerate 45 minutes before filling. If baking crust, preheat oven to 375. Bake 6-8 minutes. Cool completely before filling.
Fill as desired. Makes one 8- 9- inch crust.
