Chop pecans in food processor.
Add dates blend a bit.
Add cacao and salt (salt is key in this recipe, gives cookies a
contrast and a nice bite!).
Form into flat circles. Press in cayenne, cinnamon etc. (optional)
Whip Cookie topping in blender until very creamy. Add more water
if necessary.
Top cookies with a sprig of mint or sprinkle with something fun!
