1.Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs and beat well. Sift flour, baking soda and baking powder. Alternately add dry ingredients to creamed mixture with buttermilk. Add zest and juice. Drop by tablespoonfuls on baking sheet. Bake 8-12 minutes at 350 degrees.
2.Icing- Mix sugar, melted butter and juice until smooth. Frost cooled cookies.
