2 (9 ounce) boxes frozen spinach, thawed, squeezed to drain
1 cup original Bisquick mix
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/3 cup Parmesan cheese
1 teas salt
1/2 teas pepper
1 3/4 cups milk
1 (4 ounce) pkg crumbled tomato basil feta cheese
Instructions
Heat oven 375 degrees. Spray 9x13 in baking dish with cooking
spray. In a skillet, cook mushrooms and onion over medium heat
for 5 min. stirring freq.
In a large bowl stir together the pasta, spinach and mushroom
mixture, spread in a baking dish. In a large bowl, stir remaining
ingred. until well blended. Pour over spinach mixture.
Bake uncovered 35-40 min. or until top is golden brown.
