     Chicken Crunch

Ingredients
1 can cream of mushroom soup
3/4 cup milk
1 tbsp finely chopped onion
1 tbsp chopped parsley
2 lbs chicken parts
1 cup herb seasoned bread crumbs
2 tbsp melted butter
 

Instructions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Mix 1/3 cup soup, 1/4 cup milk, onion, and parsley. Dip chicken in soup mixture then roll in stuffing.
Place in shallow baking dish; drizzle butter on chicken. Bake at 400 for 1 hour.
While chicken is baking, combine remaining soup and milk in small pot on stove. heat over war, stirring occasionally, and serve over chicken.
