Refrigerate until thickened; stir in liqueurs. beat whipping cream in chilled bowl until stiff. Fold marshmallow mixture into whipped cream; fold in food coloring. Pour into crust. Sprinkle with grated semisweet chocolate if desired. Refrigerate until set, at least 3 hours.
