Preheat Oven to 375 degrees. Bake pie crust for 10 minutes. Change oven tempreture to 325 degrees.
In sauce pan, melt butter and chocolate chips. Add mixture to a bowl and mix with condensed milk, Bisquick, eggs and vanilla. Add nuts. Pour in to pie crust and bake for 35-40 minutes.
Serve with ice cream. Refrigerate leftovers.
