     Mint and Sorrel Leaf Wafers

Ingredients
mint and sorrel leaves
1 egg white, beaten stiffly
1/4 cup sugar
 

Instructions
Gather mint and sorrel leaves. Beat egg whites stiffly. Dip the leaves in egg white and then in the sugar. Place on a platter or flat surface and let the leaf wafers dry. Serve at woodland tea. Dry weather is better than damp weather for this recipe.
