     Apple, Cheese and Watercress

Ingredients
6 large apples
3/4 lb cream or cottage cheese
watercress
currant jelly
1 cup French dressing
 

Instructions
Wash and core apples, leaving their skins on, and cut crosswise into inch thick slices. Mix the jelly with cheese until a smooth paste is formed. Spread this mixture on the slices of apples. Mix watercress with French dressing. Lay greens on one side of the plate and the apple slices on the other.
