     Chocolate Turtles

Ingredients
3 cups pecan halves
50 caramels
8 oz semisweet chocolate
 
Instructions
Preheat oven to 300
On greased baking sheets arrange pecans in groups of 3, flat side down in y shape. Place a caramel on top of each cluster.
Cook until caramels soften (5 minutes). Remove and flatten caramels with buttered spoon. Cool slightly.
Melt chocolate. Dip clusters into chocolate and cool on wax paper.
