     Creamy Chocolate Frosting

Ingredients
3 Tablespoons butter or margarine
3 blocks (3 ounces) unsweetened baking chocolate
3 cups confectioners sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup milkk
1 teaspoon vanilla
 

Instructions
Melt butter in small saucepan; add baking chocolate and cook over very low heat, stirring constantly, until chocolate is melted and mixture is smooth. Pour into small mixer bowl. Add confectioners sugar, salt, milk and vanilla; beat until well blended. Chill 10 to 15 minutes or until spreading consistency.
