Melt baking chocolate with butter in small saucepan over very low heat. Pour into small mixer bowl; add confectioners sugar, vanilla and salt. Blend in milk; beat to spreading consistency. (If frosting is too thick, add additional milk, 1 teaspoonful at a time, until frosting is desired consistency.)
