2 lbs frozen hash browns
|
|
1 cup chopped onions
|
|
1/2 cup margarine, melted
|
|
1 can cream of celery or chicken soup
|
|
1 8 oz carton sour cream
|
|
1 cup cheese, grated
|
|
3/4 cup Velveeta cheese, cubed
|
|
1 cup crushed corn flakes
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|

Instructions |
|
|
Combine potatoes, 1/4 cup margarine, onion, soup,
sour cream and cheeses stirring well.
|
|
|
Spoon into a buttered 9x13 baking dish.
|
|
|
Crush corn flakes and mix remaining margarine;
sprinkle over potato mixture.
|
|
|
Bake in a 350 oven for 50 minutes.
