     Fudge Brownie Pie

Ingredients
2 eggs
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup butter or margarine, melted
1/2 cup flour
1/3 cup cocoa
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 cup chopped nuts (optional)
Ice cream
 
Hot Fudge Sauce (recipe below)

Instructions
Beat eggs in small mixer bowl; blend in sugar and melted butter. Combine flour, cocoa and salt; add to butter mixture. Stir in vanilla and nuts. Pour into lightly greased 8 inch pie pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes or until almost set (pie will not test done). Cool; cut into wedges. Serve wedges topped with scoop of ice cream and drizzled with hot fudge sauce.
Hot Fudge Sauce- Combine 3/4 cup sugar and 1/2 cup cocoa in small saucepan; blend in 2/3 cup (5.3 ounce can) evaporated milk and 1/3 cup light corn syrup. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until mixture boils; boil and stir 1 minute. Remove from heat; stir in 1/3 cup butter or margarine and 1 teaspoon vanilla. Serve warm.
