2 large red or green bell peppers, halved lengthwise, cored and seeded
olive oil, for brushing
Instructions
In a large bowl, combine beef, olives, scallions, mayonnaise, worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper and oregano. Pack the bell peppers with meat mixture. Brush sides and bottoms of peppers and the top of filling generously with olive oil.
Preheat the grill to high heat and brush grates with oil or spray with nonstick cooking spray.
Transfer stuffed peppers to grill, stuffing side down. Close the cover and cook until meat is well browned on top, about 5 min. Flip peppers and continue cooking until peppers are tender and meat is cooked though, about 5-6 min. more
