     Salmon Wiggle

Ingredients
3 (1 lb) cans salmon
2 (1 lb 4oz) cans peas
1 Tbsp lemon juice
1/4 cup fat
1/4 cup flour
3 cups milk
1 tsp salt
pepper
toast or crackers
 

Instructions
Drain salmon and peas but save liquid to add to white sauce. Flake salmon with a fork and season with lemon juice. Prepare a white sauce with fat, flour, milk and the liquid from the peas and salmon. Season with salt and pepper. Add salmon and peas and heat thoroughly. Serve on hot buttered toast or crackers.
