1/2 c shredded cheddar,monterey jack, and mozzarella cheese
1 can cream of chicken or cream of mushroom
1/2 c chopped sweet onion or vidalia
1/4 c chopped green,red,orange,and yellow pepper
1 lb ground beef
1 tsp minced garlic
1 tbsp fresh basil
1/2 tsp dried thyme
salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
mix onions,peppers,hamburg,minced garlic,fresh basil,thyme, and salt and pepper. cook in skillet until hamburg is brown but not fully cooked. Mix in cream of chicken. Place in greased 9 by 9 inch casserole dish. Top with tater tots and shredded cheese
