     Chicken Wonton Soup & Bok Choy

Ingredients
5.44 oz. Bok Choy
5.33 oz. Shredded Carrots
2.13 oz Chicken Vegetarian base
3.5 Quarts - .5 Cup Water
11.73 oz. Chicken Wonton
 

Instructions
Begin by steaming carrots until tender. Combine water and veg. chicken base in steam kettle to make stock. Add carrots and bok choy and cook until 180 F and bok choy is tender.
Steam wontons for 5 minutes and then add to soup and ENJOY !
