SPICED BAY LEAVES- Steep bay leaves in boiling water for 10 minutes.
Saute carrots, onions, celery in butter. Add Bechamel Sauce and cook for 10 minutes. Combine water, lobster base and dry onions. Add Bechamel and vegetable mix. Cook for 20 minutes. Add cream and allow to thicken.
Lastly, Add lobster meat and cook to 107 F
