Preheat oven to 400 and spray a pie plate with Pam.
Crush ½ a bag of Cheese Pizza bites into crumbs (I used a rolling pin
and Ziploc bag). Place crumbs in a bowl and mix in parmesan cheese.
Place egg beaters in a separate bowl.
Dip slices of zucchini in the egg then coat with the crumbs. Place in
prepared pan. Top zucchini with any remaining crumbs. Spray tops of
zucchini lightly with Pam to help them fry.
Bake at 400 for 15-18 min. Enjoy with the other ½ of your Pizza Bites.
