Preheat oven to 400 F. Cover cookie sheet with foil. Toss chicken
with pesto until well coated. Bake for 20-25 minutes, until chicken
is done. Top with slices of tomato and shredded cheese and bake 5
minutes or until cheese is melted.

Serve with angel hair pasta and french bread.
