     Venison Chili

Ingredients
1/2 cup beef suet
2 pounds ground venison
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon paprika
2 Tablespoons chili powder
1 Tablespoon salt
1 Tablespoon white pepper
2 Tablespoons diced chili pods
 

Instructions
Fry suet in heavy kettle. Add venison; cook stirring until browned. Stir in remaining ingredients. Add enough water to cover. Cook slowly for 4 to 5 hours, stirring occasionally, adding water as needed for desired consistency. Serve with pinto beans. Freezes well.
