     Tuna Macaroni Casserole

Ingredients
1 Cup elbow macaroni
1 Cup frozen mixed vegetables
1 - 170g tin of Chunk or Solid flaked light tuna in water
3 Tbsp. margarine
3 Tbsp. flour
1 1/2 Cup milk
1/2 Cup bread crumbs (panko)
salt & pepper to taste
 

Instructions
- In one pot boil water and cook macaroni and drain. - Microwave frozen mixed vegetables - In another pot melt the margarine. Once melted stir in the flour until smooth. Add the milk 1/2 cup at a time stirring constantly on medium heat until desired thickness. - Mix tuna, macaroni, vegetables and sauce together into a greased casserole dish - Salt & pepper to taste - Cover top with bread crumbs and add some dabs of butter on top - Place in a preheated 350 degree oven for 40 mins.
