Ingredients

	3 Idaho potatoes
	? sour cream
	? shredded monterey jack cheese
	1/2 cup olive oil
	1 tblsp butter


Instructions


Chop up the 3 Idaho potatoes. Peel them. Then mash the potatoes.


Put them in the pie pan. Then put them in the microwave for 5-8 minutes.


Then add a dollop of daisy sour cream. Add the shredded cheese and get out 1 potato and cut it finely then carefully layer them on the pie.
