Heat tomatoes and add the salt, sugar, pepper, dash of cayenne, and the chopped onion. When hot, add the diced cheese gradually while stirring constantly. When smooth, add butter and pour over the beaten eggs, stirring all the while. Serve on slices of hot buttered toast or hot crackers.
Makes a good Friday Dish.
