Beat the egg yolks. Add melted butter, salt, sugar, milk and flour gradually. Add stiffly beaten egg whites. Drop a spoonful of batter into a greased griddle and fry on both sides (cakes must be very thin). Spread with prepared cheese filling and fold like an envelope. Fry again for added crispness on both sides and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
Carry clean eggs to camp site packed in flour or marshmallows, or break the eggs for immediate use into a tightly closed jar.
