     Pan Popped Corn

Ingredients
3 quart pan with lid
1/4 cup salad oil
1/2 cup popcorn
1/4 cup melted butter or margarine
salt
 

Instructions
Heat heavy pan. Add oil and heat until 2-3 corn kernels spin in the oil. Then add all popcorn and cover securely. Hold lid on if necessary. Shake gently until you hear last of popping.
