Boil pasta according to the directions on the box. Drain and rinse with cold water. Add oil, Accent, lemon juice, and season salt. Refrigerate over night.
Before serving, add chopped bell pepper, green onions, black olives. Stir in mayo and salt and pepper to taste.
If you have any leftovers it is better the 2nd day.
